Maybe its some sort of 'Joseph Fritzl special' and the last owner went to considerable expense to construct a vast labarinth of underground dungeons? It looks as if the house has been totally rebuilt and is 3 times the size of the property next door. Looks to me like the original property may have been a total wreak, and therefore sold at a massive discount, then knocked down and a new much bigger property built.
