Great link. I laughed at the readers' response below the main article.

One commented that a 6% fall in three months doesn't qualify as a crash... the quote being "...the housing market doesn't crash"

I was hoping that this is a set-up but I do feel it highlights that people are not accepting what is going on here. We are in a rather unique situation, at least to a whole generation of people. The other comment left on the site about being ok to take a 15k loss. I'm glad they value their investment into property with such a frivolous attitude. I look forward to the day when people can buy homes again not as an investment but as a place to live!
