If The Average House Is Worth 180k In The Uk

Recommended Posts

A bit of friday fun :P

Halifax said house prices were down 6.1% last month from June last year and are now 9% below the peak last August, which brought to an end a trebling of prices over the previous decade. The average house has now shed £20,000 of its value and is worth £180,000. If prices continue falling at June's rate for a year, they would drop by a quarter over the next 12 months.

We could wait for prices to drop further or indeed for more memebrs to join but at present we have 11,423 registered members of hpc.co.uk. If we all chip in (appox) £15.75.

We could own a house and rent it out and become BTL Kings with no mortgage. We could become the people we hate.

We could donate to a family (In the news) really down on there luck. Great publicity for hpc.co.uk, we would all feel good about ourselves and how on earth could Krusty ever have the balls to demonise us fine folk on this site.

Any other suggestions welcome

Well I lost more than that on the lottery this month.

I actually like the idea of giving away a house to some poor bastards who have been ******ed over by G.B. and his moron crew.

If we were going to do it, we should spend 50K, on a new build or once owned apartment originally sold for £190K in nottingham.

That way we could domate is for about £4 each and get a far better story.

It would be nice to give it to a middle income family repossessed by NR wouldn't it. What with us being the heartless bar-stewards the VI's proclaim us to be.

" Now Johnathan, please tell us more about this website that you represent called House Price Crash .co.uk, What is it all about?:lol: ..

Is it true that all the members of this website chipped in with a £1.40 donation and you have used this to buy a luxury two bed appartment in Leeds city center? "

" Is it true that you are gifting this wonderful appartment to Mr and Mrs Skint, who happened to be one of the first people repossesed by Northern Rock?". Why?

Mr and Mrs Skint holding a baby.... in the background live via satelite on the 42" Sony Plasma, standing outside the new complex with cheggers holding a set of keys up for them to accept.
