If by attraction they mean 5% deposit paid and a mortage subsidy for 12 months then I think i'll wait.... 50% off and i might consider something.

You have to put the e-mail graphic together in your head to get the true impact.

Do a print screen and past it into a graphics package (Paint will do - or better), crop and save as a jpg file and try again.
