cacot
I was out doing my rounds in a nearby town's EAs and I spotted a new advert in the window. [This is the paraphrased version with some artistic license used] We Can sell houses!!!! We sold some the last month!!! 30 actually... aren't we good! and here's the prices they SOLD for The advert then showed the sale agreed prices for a list of houses in: Dunmurry x 6 Lurgan x 7 Waringstown x 12 Magheralin x 1 Dollingstown x 2 Maghaberry x 1 and Lisburn x1 Average price for all the sales agreed = £147 980 Only 4 were above £200k {200k, 210k, 250k, 300k} No details of type of houses or addresses got a rough pic of the sign with all the numbers so I could get details off it. I would post the pic if I knew how. I was interested to see that Sale agreed now means sold, I didn't think it did but I could be wrong. I am pleased to see a low average as this seems to be a wide spread area of houses so could be relatively indicative of the average for the whole of NI. Also this EAs was in a well thought of commuter town so not usually one to have anything going cheap or at least as far as I have noticed. Hope this brings someone good cheer. Can you tell us which EA/town it was? initials maybe? I know you said you had been in the Lisburn area.
cacot
Not sure what policy is for the forum, I amn't too worried on this one as it is relatively harmless and they are publicising their efforts in their window. relatively riddletastic just to be safe. In this woman's town you must make sure you get a receipt when you have paid him My wife hates my clues so don't be worried if it makes little sense. Once rules are clearer to me I may post more detailed info. Gotta protect the forum!
