quite a few places on my list in London around the 6/700k mark have dropped by 100k recently.

Just goes to show how carefull they are with their "valuations".

Nonsense. Nobody knows the value of something until somebody pays it. And even then it only shows the amount that that one vendor and that one buyer were prepared to agree on. Easy-ish to value houses where there are loads the same. Very difficult indeed to value something unique.
