Work Is So Slow At Suttons New Tower Block

Recommended Posts

Guest barebear

Basically this block could have been finished 6 months ago, they've been doing final fix now for ages its like watching paint dry.

Makes me wonder what they're waiting for ?

None of the flats are up for sale anywhere. My basic understanding of building is to get it up as quick as possible and sold. The longer they leave it the more interest they have to pay on their loan, leading to less profit.

Do they know something ? Or think they know something ?

On the other side of town 2 houses were built recently both 3 bed semi detached. One has sold for asking price the other is sstc.

'One has sold for asking price' - you're kidding right? Now, why on earth would they need to state this?
