I've seen quite a few doing something like changing from "offers over £160k" to "Offers over £140k" and back again. I suspect they got offered £140k and didn't like it!

Have seen a few going up in price, but hardly any, some were the day after first going on the site, which is fair enough, they might have put the price in wrong.

Also saw one in February which was a new build, so maybe the builder had upped the spec (still on for sale now haha).

Strangely though, round our way, when a house goes from Under Offer to Available, they don't go up in price like they would have done last year, they go down in price. Funny that.
