After going through my usual set of properties with the new Property Bee I've come to the conclusion that things are worse than I thought previously

In leafy South West London:

30% off: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-206...=1&tr_t=buy

27% off: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-176...10&tr_t=buy

23% off: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-944...=9&tr_t=buy

And a hell of a lot more with over 10% off.

48.2%... tho cheating slightly... shared ownership but the percentage has dropped from 40% to 25%.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-188...20&tr_t=buy

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-164...=6&tr_t=buy

36%... seems to be a realistic listing... Guide Price £50,000' to 'Guide Price £32,000'

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-172...18&tr_t=buy

There's a couple more out there.. but either miss-pricing or shared ownership but changed the percentage to make it appear cheaper!

I would have posted this on Propertybee's own forum but can no longer find the link - pointers welcome.

Anyway - I'm finding that Savills seem to be relisting properties at the lower price, and deleting old listings, rather than putting through changes, so I can't track movements with PB. [Obviously got time on their hands...] Has anyone else found this?

PropertyAnalyser: You've cropped up in 2 postcodes I monitor that are over 100 miles apart! I thought you were some kind of automated script until I read your posts on here.

I've been monitoring WD3 (Watford) and BH8 (Bournemouth) btw...

2 bed flats by any chance? If so, (s)he's everywhere!

It's great - I particularly like the way not just price changes are shown, but it also tracks changes in EA waffle/hype about properties, showing where they've been taken to task on false representation.

I imagine the EAs are bricking it though and are probably going to send out helicopters to find the programmer, like in 'War Games'.

I have been one of the Beta Testers helping Beer Hunter (the property-bee developer) with the beta releases over the past few months. During that testing I got a bit carried away and added 10s of thousands of properties to the database :o .

Hope the extra info is of use to some people!

Since I'm posting, I'll add another shameless plug for my spreadsheet. Property Bee Analysis

It basically imports your property-bee data and lets you filter and sort the results to help you find the property you are after.

Cheers,

Property Analyser.

OK, I have installed peebee 2.0 and have the sidebar and everything but where is the data sharing? everything is just the data that I already have.

The same thing has happened to me. At first I thought it just might be that there's only me searching in my location so I tried searching in several different parts of the country (eg. central London) and it still doesn't work.

What am I doing wrong?

Now if you'd been looking at sales you'd have seen my mum doing an STR in her mid 70's!

13 Tytherley Green,

Bournemouth,

BH8 0PA £305,000

Detached

Freehold

Not New Build 04-Mar-2008

Map (BH8 0PA)

How about that for "top of the market"!

(and before that she lived in Watford - now how strange is that!)
