Toads, the lot of them, both lots.

2 bob bubb, cunsa, both as bad as each other.

You are being too kind.

Insult? But there are two 'global' places...one is a little greener, are both outside your network?

Ah, I have been informed by my client that you were Apollo`s side kick. BTW where is he now that everything has gone balls up, probably struggling to pay his mortgage as his property in Manchester enters NE territory, he should have learnt that it always rains in Manchester, what a complete pr!ck he was.

Now chaps how about this Pub Meet, my Client would like to have an idea as to whether it is possible, only 1 PM to date.

Do you know I never reckoned the real BM as a comedian, great writer I must admit but a comedian a complete washout. ;)

For anyone thinking of visiting GEI please be warned that it has a problem with pornographic pop-ups at the moment. Apparently this can be resolved by adding ww.popbanner.net to your restricted sites. You will still be able to see the usual cvnts.

The Global site is defined primarily by it's hatred of this site.

GEI is a dry-as-dust ego trip for 2bobBubb and his circle of sycophants.

Even the debased version of HPC that exists today is preferable to either site, despite 2bob's increasing behind the scenes "influence" over here.

A sidekick of Apollo. Depends on your construction, looking back I agree he was a *****. I was cutting my teeth in the HPC world and it was interesting to see the other side of the argument.

Your client (i.e. 'you')...did you really look back all that way through my posts??

Anyway, interesting thread, I mean no harm.

You probably do not mean no harm, the fact you read this thread shows a strange interest.

My Client is not myself but a sadly missed poster who has now left this once great Forum.

I have read the Forum for a few years as a lurker and was saddened how its direction has changed IMHO for the worse. I registered to back up these long now forgotten posters who were the real pioneers from the very beginning.

My email contact with this very respected poster drives me on, sadly I wished I had more time. :(

My Spidey Sense tells me is CTT. If so pass on my regards, he put a lot of effort into this site, mediated well and had a cheeky sense of humour. Not averse to putting people in their place, if required. Its a shame some of these characters have moved on. 'edit' and under such circumstances...a fall out with Fubra perhaps, who knows.

Now that brings back memories, during 2006 with the takeover by Fubra and the Advert fiasco CTT together with The_Oldie monitored the Forum over a 24 hour period as the a*******s came in with intent to trash and destroy it. STF, and that little snot the chuz aided and abetted by Marina attacked around midnight and attempted to completely trash the Forum. Well those who post today especially those who have registered the past year do so because of their vigilance, when other failed to get their way an intense attack on the Moderators became the norm of the day. It appears certain persons who could have helped were conspicuous by their absence, came in, did some changes, and then p****d off ( last logged on 7th October after making false statements, what a joke they are ) leaving poor old CTT and The_Oldie to take the flack, all I can say in a combat situation I would hate having them behind me.

May the Spirit of Cyber Space preserve and protect those two sincere and honest past posters. ;)

Returned to the Uk last Sunday to attend a meeting at my Head Office on Monday before returning to the States. Contacted my Client and we met for Lunch on Tuesday, a very interesting 3 hours spent with him/her, he/she is a great talker, very interesting to listen to having lived through many bad times, and admits he/she is not good on the keyboard. I found it a very worthwhile and educational meeting and will definitely contact again when next in the UK. The most interesting thing about him/her is that he/she has a photographic memory recalling in detail memories of the past. :)

If you are considering burying in private land

If you do not own the land you must get the landowner's permission.

All of the burial must be at least 3 feet (0.91 metres) beneath the surface.

You must dig the grave safely. This will probably involve supporting the sides as you dig.

You should contact the Environment Agency to be sure that you will not pollute a watercourse. Generally you will not be allowed to bury in: 1. waterlogged ground, 2. within 10 metres of a drain, ditch or watercourse, 3. within 50 metres of a borehole or well.

You must be careful to avoid gas, water or electrical services.

You should tell the Environmental Health section of your local authority.

You will need a certificate for burial from a Coroner or Registrar. You should fill in the tear-off section and return it.

You must keep a record of any burials, and a plan to show where the graves are.

You should tell the police.

You should check that there is no covenant on the land which would prevent a burial.

You may have to take extra precautions if the death involved infectious disease.

A memorial may need planning permission.

The body cannot be moved in future without a Home Office licence. Not all funeral directors will help with this kind of funeral. You can, of course, do the funeral without a funeral director.

Would this affect the value of the neighbour`s property. :D

Burial in a garden

You may upset your neighbours. Although there are no laws against burials in gardens, it may damage your relationship with your neighbours.

You will reduce the value of your property. Many people will not buy a house with a burial in the garden.

It may be possible for a buyer to have the body removed and reburied in a cemetery.

If the house and garden are sold, you or your family will have no right to visit the grave.

:lol::lol::lol:

Sorry chaps but I am a little p****d tonight.

If there are more than one or two burials you may need "change of use" permission. The next section explains this in more detail.

Back in the US afte a 48 hour visit to the UK.

Word of advice if you use IE7 DO NOT UPGRADE TO IE8 BETA.

It is a complete pain in the A**E. :(

Yes I know you probably use Firefox but security wise it acts in conjunction with IE, I also use it but certain programs I run need IE.

There is IMHO an agenda by Microsoft, you can`t revert back if you don`t like it, software fascism I would decribe it.

Luckily I clone my HD every week so I did the obvious, up yours Gatesey. :P

The Gentleman Of The Road is still hopeful of a selective Pub Meet. ;)

Heading towards 12k views absolutely mind boggling.
