Btl Landlord Pins Up Flat Details In Canary Wharf

Recommended Posts

Saw this today walking through Canary Wharf Shopping Centre. Someone rather desperate to rent a flat in Waterloo had printed out the details and blue tacked it to the walls in the shopping centre! As a marketing strategy thats pretty low cost, but I suspect it won't stay there long once security see it. Little tear off strips at the bottom with the landlords email address.

This is normal with any notice board within Universities. Not sure if its showing anything new.

Thats what i thought, those tear off strips are what you see on university notice boards. I conclude that it is a very young amateur landlord.

Err did you read the OP? Agreed, stuck on a University notice board, this isn't new, but stuck on the walls of a shopping centre tells a completely different story. <_<
