All,

in light of recent events with a dodgy landlord ill be having a random

gathering of souls at my place on sat for beers and banter, everyone and

anyone welcome, 8pm till noise violation:

Time: 4:45:37 pm

Soo.. You want the place trashed..?

Past experience? =]

bank repo'd the house, so just an excuse to not worry about red wine stains and fag butts on the carpets!

Wish my landlord would get repo'ed, but the sods had it for 12 years.

Although I can understand someone's bitterness at being repo'd, surely it is in his interest for the lender to sell it for as much as possible.

He will still be liable for any shortfall, won't he?

I suppose he may not be thinking straight, BUT if it is his LL who has been repo', well, 'party on Dude', "Where's the slurm?"

Sounds like he's talking about his landlord being repossessed.

I've got some amazing photos of someone's flat after he'd been evicted.

Was a shame as he'd decorated the place really well with incredibly expensive wallpaper leftover from judges chambers apparently.
