NeilP
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=206...&refer=home I don't know about Devon, but prices are starting to fall here in Falmouth. There is a 2 bedroomed terraced in my area that was priced at £179,995 and have noticed today it is £173, 950. There are a load of holiday lets in a park down the road - 2, 3, 4 bedroomed. I have noticed that there is an increase of these going up for sale also. Edited March 28, 2008 by NeilP

I know of a property being sold due to a death. The asking price, currently, is the same as the purchase price just over a year ago with ZERO interest to date. 2 bedroom bungalow in Devon.
