March 24 (Bloomberg) -- Britons selling their home should ``get smart'' and price their property more realistically before they lose out when home values decline later this year, Rightmove Plc said.

Didnt the also say not long ago that its never been a better time to buy, as property will always go up ?

Or for f**k sake don't. Wait til it goes back to 2000 prices so that I can see the greedy sneer on the other side of your faces when the bottom comes and I'm forced to buy your sports car for a couple grand :lol::lol:

But pricing your "home" more realistically is like going into a bar, ordering a round, and being handed half a dozen empty glasses, complaining, and getting a complimentary round of half a dozen empty glasses, getting a bit pissed off and being asked to finish up your drinks and leave because you have had too much to drink, it is outside most peoples understanding of reality! We are in for some very weird times as the sheeple try and fathom where all that "equity" and "value" could have gone. I can`t see how it can pan out myself, we are entering a really bizzare stage.

Rightmove should be showing price reductions, as people are now having to look for these in the local property rag and in the estate agencys window.

Not so convenient RIGHT MOVE ANYMORE.

How do rightmove make their money ?

IIRC there main source of income is to charge a monthly fee for EA's to advertise via them.
