Television News Wishing To Talk To Landlords Caught In Credit Crunch

Recommended Posts

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hope I am not violating any forum rules with this post. I working on a report for a national television news programme looking at the impact of the credit crunch on BTL investors. I'm interested in speaking to someone in the Manchester or Leeds area who can't get reasonable BTL mortgage deals because of tighter conditions and higher rates. We are not at this point looking for members of property clubs. If you would like to speak to us please call me on 01674 677 216 or email me at rphinney@btinternet.com .

Cheers.

Oh God. Please tell me it's not "Tonight With Trevor McDonald"?!

Sadly it's an inevitability that we'll see "poor old" BTL, bemoaing their bad luck and blaming others at some point in the news soon.

However, could you post a link detailing the time and channel of the programme nearer to the event, so I can avoid at all costs.

Getting angry at some BTL clowns moaning on TV, while I'm trying to eat my tea is bad for digestion.

It will get spun into some great big sob story.

' I got into BTL when the fake dog poo factory I worked at got closed down. It's cruely ironic that I once again find myself in the shit'

Anne Ashworth or Rosie Millard both work for the Times and are currently watching their "portfolios" plummet in value
