Property Bee Biggest Fall

Recommended Posts

I don't know if someone's started a thread for this, but I think I've found a candidate:

Berkeley House Belford Road, Fort William, PH33 6BT

It was sitting at £850,000 since I first saw it on the 23rd February. Today, the 19th of March the price fell by £200,000!

Hi anorthosite,

The particulars show the property as being offered separately to some land valued at £200k

The property is offered for sale jointly or separately as lots:-

LOT 1: Berkeley House - Offers Over £650,000

LOT 2: Plot of land at Barkeley House - Offers Over £200,000

LOT 3: Berkeley House and the Plot of land - Offers Over £850,000

Do you know if the original price of £850k was for Berkeley House and the land?

The change in price was the only change in the description.

Edit: I concede I may have jumped the gun though. I'll have another look in a few days. I've seen quite a few big drops in the highlands, I guess I got a wee bit carried away
