Property Downvaluations Have Started

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys, I have recently placed a deal through a well known high street lender for a client with a 40PCT DEPOSIT, - the price of the property was 92k and the estate agent has two more properties in the same block on sale at 100k respectively - the valuer has down valued the property by 3k to 89k. The seller is unlikely to drop the price anymore as he believes that he has dropped enough already, and the buyer will not increase their offer as they know it is now a buyers market, looks like there is a lot of pain coming up for estate agents and brokers alike.

best regards

Carrington
