Vodafone to axe 450 management jobs from UK headquartersLilly Peel

Vodafone is to axe 450 senior management jobs at its UK headquarters in Newbury while recruiting a similar number in sales.

The "holy grail" of Premium data services, music downloads, and pay-per-view TV on your phone,

seems to be as elusive as ever.

I'd rather listen to music on my stereo, and watch TV, on, well, perhaps a television.

I can't see people forking out for this novelty tat, if money is tight.
