I sold my old house and bought my new house in 2006 and yes the prices were completely nuts but because I was already on the ladder its all pretend money to me, I look at the value of my house as the mortgage I have outstanding which is less than half of the current falling market valueLast edited by caravanshaker : 21-03-2008 at 10:05 PM.

The mind boggles, he 'only' has a mortgage now for about £100k, hope he's there for the long term.

As for the OP if brains were semtex he wouldn't have enough to blow his nose, but this seems to be the current thinking amongst most of the sheeple.
