Doctor Gloom
Hosted by Nick Hancock and featured a contestant whom was a Financial Advisor who was gunning to win over £100k. How forgive me if i'm wrong, but shouldn't a financial advisor be acute at finances and building money saving accounts etc, etc. Why would such a person 'need' to win this sort of money and for what reason. I have lost my faith in this profession even more since. Maybe i'm over-reacting, but a financial advisor trying to secure his future on game shows leaves me worried. Does it pay good money to be a financial advisor? Considering most of them are just salesmen I doubt it. I'm sure proper financial advisors can do well but most are just on gimpy pay.
