I’m Glad I Moved To... Swansea

Recommended Posts

What did you buy and how much was it? A detached 1950s concrete box with three bedrooms, three reception rooms and a granny annexe with an avocado bathroom suite – but it is set on an acre of gardens, with a tennis court. We paid £672,000, and have planning permission to extend, giving us five bedrooms, an oak-framed garage/garden room and a pool

p.s.

I've had a few beers, am drunk for obvious reasons! :D

Off to bed for a snooze before I watch loads of very dull men stand around and watch loads of other dull men drive pieces of metal around a racing track.

Wish I could get drunk, been laid up after being knocked off my bike, no smoking or drinking so I spend the time making graphs and watching stargate SG1 while my wounds heal.

House prices will fall over the next 12 months with higher interest rates over that period.
