Development In The Sketty Social Club

Recommended Posts

Flats and maisonettes built on the Sketty Social club grounds where offered last summer at £209.950 for a maisonette, in October they were at £185K and if you signed up for 2 then the price was £175K.

Yesterday I learned that the developer/builder has gone into liquidation. The flats are all sold but there are still maisonettes available, I wonder at what price now?

Which one is the Sketty Social Club? An elderly relative of mine has been offered a rental in new build flats going up in Sketty Park by one of the housing associations?

The only Social Club I know in Sketty is in Eversely Road but that is still in operation. Other than that the only other one I know is Sketty Park Social Club which is on Aneurin Way? Where is the club you are talking about?
