What Now For Bradford & B, A&l, Paragon?

Recommended Posts

Northern Rock, Carlye, Bear Sterns - what now for Britain's 3 'favourite' buy to let mortgage companies?

For me it has to be Paragon. They have been lending to BTL. We are seeing reposessed BTL properties being auctioned for huge discounts.

The logical thing for a company to do when there is a suspicion about the quality of the loans is to audit them. If Paragon are doing this, they are keeping it very low key.

From what I can see, Paragon don't dare remove the bandages. The problem for them is that you don't have to take bandages off to diagnose gas gangrene.
