It Has Truly Arrived

Recommended Posts

Opened the Scottish Metro today.

Page 15 - Half page advert from a property investment company. Nothing new there you may think. However on looking at the headline you may think differently:

"HOW TO MAKE A FORTUNE FROM A PROPERTY CRASH"

The words PROPERTY CRASH in bold just to emphasise this.

We all know it anyway but things like this really cement it for me. More importantly these sort of things cement it for the 'sheeple' in a big, big way.

Game on. ;)

I wonder if their advice includes selling your house(s) in the latter part of 2007?

Hindsight for the 'sheeple' would be a wonderful thing !!

Of course anyone with a brain could see it coming.

Is this the freebee paper that you see at the end of a day on the seats of buses in Edinburgh? Can you see this article on line?

I guess it is that paper - in Newcastle we see it trodden into the floor of the bus in the morning.

It's an advert, though, not an article. The graphic looks very familiar, though: a signpost with "Buy to Let" and other dubious directions indicated.
