The first house at a major new 317-home estate in Bridgnorth has been snapped up,
developers today admitted the market is low
On the first weekend when we opened the sales office they were flooding through the doors.
Weekdays are a bit quiet
quite a bit of interest on weekends.
We are just testing the market for prices at the moment
I think the interest is there
the market is so low at the moment
The development will need promoting
it is in a good location
