Falling Fulham!

Recommended Posts

I am looking to buy a (small) house in Fulham mid-term but not in a rush...This weekend I visited one house in central Fulham which was on the market for 1.25m and before we were even in the door, the agent told me they would 'accept 1m'). Subsequently said agent also said they were leaving their job and going travelling ... I was then taken to see another house by a different agent which had dropped 200k too and since return to my office have been literally bombarded with houses for sale, many with significant 'reductions'. I have also received a number of 'phone calls though I am currently not living in the UK..
