Polaris World Advert

Recommended Posts

I have just seen an advert for Polaris World. Last line from the well groomed company boss - "come and see why we are still selling."

You don't have to be a psychologist to see what is on his mind.

Now I understand why there are so many PR companies. Put the actual guy on screen on who knows what messages he will be sending out.

Indeed. Somehow a fat guy, sweating profusely with shaking hands and a worried look on his face screaming "please, please BUY!" wouldn't be as persuasive!

"Only in the rarest cases, should you show the clients' faces"

Old advertising industry saying :)

Jack Niklaus got the boot some time ago. They can't afford him anymore! Can't think of anything more annoying than being pestered by him to play golf.

For me it will be a major landmark if they actually drop their asking price. So far, as mentioned above, it's gone up if anything.

Personally I can't think of anything more ghastly than living on a golf course.

Of course it has - don't you know that there's never been a better time to buy? (Especially in Spain!)

i did the spanish tour looking for property a few yeas back and even then you could see the cracks forming.

As europe goes spain is up with the best of them like Ireland and the UK and will see major falls but i still think places like Bulgeria are worth a punt if you have spare cash hanging around and don't want it to be inflated away or to try your luck on Gold after it's boomed.

Blimey, they are getting more expensive! €118,000 = £92,650, but when Mr "Hallo, I'm Your New Niebour*" was doing the adverts, they were only £80,000.
