From £90,000 To £75,000

Just a bit of anecdotal before it gets moved to the other section for you to feast your eyes on.

There was a crappy house near where I live that was for sale at £90,000 this time last year and it is now for sale at £75,000.

That is some percentage reduction and we have not even started yet.

It's happening people, the smart sellers will cut and run, the greedy will pay the price.
