No wait...apart from that time in Las Vegas, although that was probably more like an hour and 15 minutes and on a pro-rata basis I reckon they're pretty much on a par

Finally, my first post.

I am a great admirer of this site not only for the independent and thought-provoking commentary on the UK housing outlook but also for threads such as these. I am very grateful to those who contribute an inordinate amount of time and thought into their posts.

I had seen the full orignal lecture (I don't 100% recall, so can't guarantee anything, though may well have been pointed to it by other members on this site). If you thought the abridged Oprah version was worthwhile, please consider spending the 76 minutes on the full lecture.

now i take my role in life to be a hate figure.

WHAT A LOAD OF OLD CRAP. ANOTHER CRAP LIFE ENHANCING BOLL OKS LECTURE FROM SOME BABY BOOMER.

quite frankly if you find that inspirational then you are still in the nursery school of life. and one is amazed that you managed to find this site.
