Irs In 2009?

Recommended Posts

Anyone care to predict where IR's will be in 2009?

I purchased my first home in Sept 07 on a 10yr fixed at 6.09%. Just wondering if I should have fixed for longer or was I stupid to fix?

No point asking really is there? You chose a 10 year fixed rate and are now stuck with it, whatever happens.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are f***ed! I can see that you joined HPC way back in 2005 and to be honest, you should have known better than to buy at the top of the market!
