maxdiver Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 This might sound a little stupid but: Price reductions year to date - on Property News - 9,000. Annualised that gives 36,000. This is such a large number that to me it says that every place up for sale must be reduced to sell. Also - compare the apartment blocks in Belfast - places like Margerita Plaza, Bass Buidlings etc... These places have seemingly similar proprties for sale at different prices. If you neighbour in identi-flat drops his price by 10k but still doesn't sell - where does that leave you? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
