Me again? Woo!

Oi Subby, looks good from the top, doesn't it? ;)

EDIT: BTW, we could do with some more higher categories - 10%+ drops are now consistently more than half the drops. Would be interesting to see 15% and 20% too!

git :P

can't believe that the number of drops is still so high, surely people must realise that they have little hope in selling unless they drop the price by another 20% at LEAST. looks like these are more and more distressed sellers as opposed to the majority being normal sales

Yeah, but remember that new instructions are much more realistic too - check out this one - its pokey but they were trying to sell these for 169 not so very long ago. This is over a 40% drop by by reckoning.

Edit - In fact the builder is still trying to sell these for 149. I wonder what the storey is.

£99K for that?

I'm not sure I'd pay £50K for that. Why are they able to take photos of the inside of the house, yet the outside is just an artists impression?

Although as you so rightly point out, it wasn't long ago that this would be alot more than £99K - I remember even a few months back someone telling me that you would never be able to buy a house for less than £100K. Will be interesting to see if that house sells quickly soley because it's less than £100K.
