The "irish House Hunter" Report Sweepstake

Yes - I wonder how this replicates accross other blocks recently released, or contracted and currently under construction for those who have recently purchased the releases in Obel, Arc (Titanic), Bakery, James Clow etc - surely it automatically devalues those now also...?

Agreed, these so called "falgship" residential areas must be affected if one goes then the others should really follow suit, regardless of location???

Indeed - some nice big drops.

Two bedroom apartment for £99k:

So what would a 1-bed be worth in todays market.

I think apartment prices will fall fast. Well, those that actually want to sell their apartment. There will be others that will just stay in denial for years.

A few years back (less than 5), this would have been £50K.

This will drop lower than £87K eventually IMHO.

Agreed, unless they withdraw it from the market which is their right to do so obviously.
