It All Seems To Be Setting In Nicely

Recommended Posts

we have moved from the "houses will not fall", past the "houses to be flat for a while", and we are now on the "do not worry this is nothing like the 1990's" stage. it all seems to be simmering nicely on slow cook.

Don't foreget the "Dom Littlewood" quote this week classic on "The One Show" Property won't crash because we have learnt from last time :lol::lol::lol:

Shall we put this in the Classics along with Michael Fish "There won't be a hurricane overnight" Oct 16th 1997

The Estate Agencies are really quiet too. You can tell this by the number of EAs on here!

EDIT to add - we've also gone from: 'There is no subprime in the UK' to 'Actually there's a lot of subprime in the UK'

and: 'We're through the worst of the Credit Crunch' to 'Actually this is only the beginning'

Oh dear...
