LONDON (ShareCast) - London Scottish Bank (LSE: LSB.L - news) is to stop lending and will suspend paying a dividend until it has restored (Advertisement)
its capital base after racking up big losses in 2007.
LSB (LSBX - news) posted a £15.7m deficit in the year to October compared with a profit of £15.7m previously. That included a one-off impairment charge of £12.5m, while the unsecured consumer credit business lost £22.4m.

Another NR situation perhaps?
