r thritis
I would personally love to see the back of Inside Track. Is there any chance of them going away after the downturn? I suppose though, that they don't really own assets as such, they just sell seminars to muppets. Bounce!! How about that! Just a week after I posted this, Inside Track are stopping their odious seminars! There is a god. http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2008/mar/0...oneyinvestments
The Masked Tulip
Moneyweek did a full article on them this week looking into the various claims and figures. The article is called 'Is the buy-to-let club emperor wearing no clothes?'
conifer
The game that BTL-ers and other property investors have been playing is one which has a time to get out as well as a time to get in! As of now, the time to get out is, like, yesterday!!!
