140k start price for an auction purchase leasehold flat.??

- good luck with that.

Seems a few sold in that factory in 2006 for more than £190k! :huh:

This market is going down hard---and fast.

Who on earth is going to buy with all the news in the press and TV having turned negative? This is time to sell for what you can and rent while prices plummet by anywhere from 50-70% over the next couple of years.
