Sealed Bids?

Recommended Posts

If this was offered for sealed bids on October 15th 2007, why is it being lised now on Find A Property as "new to the market"?

Maybe because no-one actually made a bid!

Or the winner decided not to proceed, or his mortgage offer was withdrawn or revised to a lower LTV.

Or he's come to his senses and is trying to unload the place on a greater fool ;)

Re 3 Bedroom flat in Canford Cliffs

Mrs Tool and I are currently seeking a 3 bedroom property in the Poole area. We have completed on our sale and have cash in the bank. The flat looks ideal in Clanfords Cliff - could we arrange a viewing with a view to offering £275,000.

Many thanks

Grip

Wonder if I'll get a reply?
