Apartments In Anglesey

Recommended Posts

Hi , i've been been lurking on this site for over a year and this is my first post.

Prices in Anglesey are reducing by alot and there still not shifting, for example in the area i live in Anglesey

there was 18 new build flats built in september 2006, 7 of them I know had been sold off plan, one even fella bought two of them lol!

However none of the rest have sold the starting prices was from £205,000 for a two bedroom apartment, they have now gone down to £150,000 and the developers still can't sell them.

The fella that bought two off plan can't even rent them let alone sell them and is getting worried so i heard and i spoke to one of the old dears that bought one and she says she's lost £50k already!!!!

Only two of them are occupied and the rest, well as you guessed empty.

These aren't the only example places are reducing quite heavily, as regards dafydd hardy estate agents who said that price are fine here, are talking out of their a@*e.
