Ea Just Text Me: A Repossesion Not To Be Missed !

Recommended Posts

Just received a text message from Haart estate agents:

"AVAILABLE TO VIEW: NN2, 4 bed House Semi-Detached, Price 249,950. Fantastic value for Money! £249k A repossesion not to be missed, call now..."

From looking on their websites for propertys in NN2 at £249,950 then Im guessing its this place:

http://www.haart.co.uk/buying-house/Mapsea...ails_21562.aspx

I think i'll wait and see how much it doesnt sell for at auction :P

those piccies look a bit misshapen....

Erm, perhaps it's the shape of the house?

Those two-storey bay windows may look nice but are a structural nightmare; this house has them both sides, and flying eaves on the top. Not much holding that roof up!

It' s a structural accident waiting to happen

Offer em 150K and see if they bite.

No thanks....that's a really crappy area round there...150K would be about right for that place.

You can add that I also see a corner property - an opportunist burglar's wet dream.

Now that the recession's here your comments and mine will be uppermost in buyers' minds. People will look critically at property in a way which they haven't for several years. Granite worktops, inset lighting and belfast sinks will be ignored in favour of a viable DPC, lead-flashing on that firewall, and evidence of a working guttering.

Pass the parcel has now ended/musical chairs is over/ and someone's left holding baby.

Enough of the mixed metaphors.
