Local schools, shopping and transport facilities are close by and viewing is highly recommended.

So here we have a studio flat, so what sort of family in their right mind is going to be interested in local schools? Idiots!

If I save enough I might be able to offer £50k cash for this place in a couple of years because frankly, thats all it's worth to me.

I know that road. Note that the advert says "local schools", not "good schools" or even "mediocre schools".

There's a very nice Italian restaurant round the corner though, so nice in fact that you wonder what on earth it's doing in that area.

From the ceiling height I think school children would just about fit there.

Surely that must be some kind of optical illusion...from the photo it looks like the height of the room is around 5 to 6 feet at most.
