Salary varies depending on experience but is competitive. Company is about 150-strong, and will grow a lot in the next couple of years, so there will be opportunities for career expansion. It's a very programming, delivery-oriented environment - we like people who get things done quickly. We are far less interested in your specific skills than your ability to learn quickly and deliver quickly. I've been playing with a concept for predicting the outcome of tennis matches using a technique I developed called 'deep sampling', trouble is getting hold of sufficiently detailed stats for each player is a bit of a nightmare. Nope, I know a guy who is, though - he's bf's second biggest user. I've been accused of making it up on here before, so I won't go on. He used to work for us. Funnily enough, though, I have bet on tennis matches in-running and have made a profit, mainly by backing the favourite when they're behind.
