Actually, 10% cashback would not only skew monthly reports based on asking prices, such as Rightmove, but also those based on selling prices, such as Land Registry, and lending figures from the building societies and banks.

Cashback has been fairly common on new properties, but the one you link to is not listed as new and from the clutter in the bathroom, is occupied.
