Huge Reductions

Residents of a very large block of converted flats in central Eastbourne near the pier have been informed that proposed works could cost £10-£15k, maybe up to £20k. Offers are being reduced already accordingly.

Will the news of no flooding insurance (will it mean no insurance or just no insurance against flooding?) lower house prices?

...the seller pays you to take the house... ;)

Well, just ask yourself how much you'd want knocked off a 200k property, knowing no insurance or very high premiums would apply once you'd moved in.. 20k? 50k?
