"30% Price Slide Coming" - Andreas Panayiotou

Recommended Posts

Not sure if anyone's highlighted this yet? Andreas Panayiotou, the BTL monsta, is interviewed and predicts a 30% slide in prices on the way.

It's a bit article on pages 18 and 19 of the Evening Standard today. Could be online somewhere. Way too long to type out here. It's serious bear food :)

He was saying just 20% slide a month ago, looks like he's got more bearish in past month. See http://business.scotsman.com/index.cfm?id=1394162007

He was on File on 4 last Sunday.

He said prices have to fall 20% to make the sums for BTL stack up again, but would have to fall further to make them attractive.

So he's probably not moved his position, 20% minimum with 30% conservative estimate of falls.
