Windfall tax on Banks....er...oh no can't do that anymore, er...builders!...ah..perhaps not....er....students!...Oh no, done that..er.....pensioners!....hmmm...perhaps not....er....property!...Yes there we are, there will be a new property tax on the windfall profits we've all made from property in the last 10 years.
