what is it? up or down because people are saying 2 different things.

VERY SIMPLE

The mortgage lending slows down because there is a vaste amount of cash around, grace of the buoyant miracle economy,and rises up because the housing market is buoyant grace of the miracle economy

it shows the amount of spin out there official figures say its down yet the guy quoted on reuters say lending is up, guess the reporter bought a home and doesnt want to have egg on face.
