Fudge
Who saw the channel 4 news tonight, it showed an interview with Greenspan were he said UK is in a worse state than the US, house prices have boomed world wide and he sees a bust, look forward to high inflation and high interest rates, oh and that none of it is his fault. Then Peter Snow said the c word. The over to an EA who said he couldnt see a crash as UK housing market very different to the UK, supply and demand innit. Overall very bearish I thought.
