The Hpc Trigger= Nr

Recommended Posts

NR was the trigger for the wider public to stop investing in homes, all the news articles have pointed out what is happening and how mortgage rates will go up. No one in their right mind would buy a property now.

You just can't get anything stronger than pictures of people outside a bank asking for their money back.

The VIs are gonna lie through their teeth to try and soften the blow of todays events. However, every time another event like this is reported more people start asking questions, confidence keep dipping and less people are willing to buy. Your right, you would have to be insane to buy a house just now.

Should be interesting and of course they will blame just about anything ..the US Subprime, the poor, bad payers, solar winds, the lack of decent flaired trousers - just about anything except the greedy banks, financiers and producers of complex deriviatives.

"oh its a global problem that couldn't have been foreseen." It was a ponzi scheme on a global scale and only a matter of time before it collapsed.

Its not the rates that will be the solution /problem here but the need to really qualify the loans they need to sell. We'll be back to 3x verified income by Christmas.
