LIFE isn’t always pretty on the other side of the hedge. One month into the “credit crunch” and billionaire hedge-fund managers are seeing the value of their mega-mansions tumble.
Greenwich, Connecticut, is home to a forest of hedge-fund managers. In June, according to Barron’s magazine, real-estate prices there fell 4% year on year. For homes priced above $5m (€3.7m) the
decline was 8%.
This weekend is the end of summer in America. It’s back to work on Tuesday and the “fall” looks unsettling.

A deep freeze on the way. Soon.

I wonder * if London will see any bonus cuts or even job losses? :o
